MY OWN EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN UGLY THE SOFTWARE DOESN'T WORK AS STATED ON MY COMPUTER, I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE SUPPORT MORE THAN ENOUGH TIMES BUT THEY TEST IT FROM THEIR OWN COMPUTER AND TELL ME ITS OKAY, ITS BEEN SO ANNOYING.

PLEASE LETS SHARE OUR EXPERIENCE HERE, IT IS OUR RIGHT TO GIVE FEEDBACK ON THE SOFTWARE AND GET BETTER SERVICES.
